The Leadership Connection offers an in-depth learning experience for both nonprofits and corporate trainees.
While corporations pay a significant fee to have their executives participate in the program, TLC is delighted to offer it free of charge to nonprofit participants. To participate, nonprofits are asked to do the following:
Complete application: The Chairperson of the nonprofit board completes a Leadership Connection Nonprofit Application Form.
Meet with Jericho Road staff: The nonprofit’s Board Chair and/or Executive Director will meet with Jericho Road staff in person or on the phone.
Participate in the training! The nonprofit will send at least one current board member (and The Executive Director if possible). TLC encourages nonprofit participation in the entire program.
